<h3>Description</h3><p>Perfect your roux-making techniques so you can add  these traditional and delicious soups to your repertoire. You'll work with a small team in our kitchen to produce two flavorful meals-in-a-bowl and a hearty salad to enjoy at home.</p><p>For ages 18  &amp; up. </p>

<p><strong>Safety &amp; Precautions</strong></p><ul><li><p>At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.</p></li><li><p>For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.</p></li></ul>
