Are there any age restrictions for this class?

This class requires the use of power tools, which requires the attendee to be 14 years or older. Attendees below 18 years must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian throughout the entire class. If a parent or legal guardian is required to attend, only 1 ticket is required.

Do I need any safety equipment or special clothing?

Safety glasses or face shields, hearing protection, gloves, and dust respirators will be provided free of charge as needed. No loose clothing should be worn, long sleeves should be rolled up, long hair should be tied back. No open-toed shoes can be worn during classes.

I'm interested in a class that is not scheduled, do you offer custom classes based on my interests?

If you are interested in a private class, custom class tailored to your specific needs, or a special group class, please call your local store and speak directly to a Manager. We'll do our very best to meet your requirements while providing a great experience.

MAKE & TAKE: Epoxy Coaster Set Tickets, Multiple dates

Overview

MAKE & TAKE: Epoxy Coaster Set

Come learn the basic skills of pouring epoxy. This class will teach you how to prepare the mold, leak control, clamping, and epoxy mixing, tinting, and pouring. All of these skills can be applied to larger projects such as epoxy trays and tables. You can even bring smaill items from home such as coins, bullet shells, small pictures, whatever will fit in the coaster molds! Students will leave with all the materials they will be using so their coasters can cure at home and they can make more!

Materials used that will be taken home will be their choice of coaster molds: square or round (makes 2 coaster), 1.3 qt deep pour MAS epoxy (remaining after the class pour).

Any additional tinting or other materials will need to be purchased.

All class participants receive a 15% discount on merchandise purchased in the store on the same day of their class. Exclusions Apply. Contact the store for more details at 571-435-8030.
