MAKE: Sampler Block Quilt Top

Build a complete quilt top, one block at a time.

Join instructor Susan for a 6-session sampler series at Lacey MakerSpace. Each month you'll learn to make new quilt blocks, and over the course of the series you'll bring them all together into a finished quilt top. It's a steady, manageable pace that fits into your month, with plenty of time between sessions to practice what you've learned.

What You'll Learn

Throughout the series, you'll build skills in piecing a variety of classic quilt blocks, joining blocks together with sashing, and finishing your quilt top with a border. By the final session in June, you'll have a completed sampler quilt top made entirely by you.

Sessions meet on Sundays from 9am to 1pm:

There is no session in December. Registration covers all seven sessions.

Skill Level

All skill levels are welcome, from first-time quilters to experienced sewists.

What to Bring

We'll have everything you need, including sewing machines and fabric. You're welcome to bring your own machine or fabric if you'd prefer.
