Then join Dr. Lynn Marie Morski, author of Quitting by Design and host of the Quit Happens podcast, for a two-day strategic quitting workshop!
It's 10am - 5pm Saturday and Sunday (the event description may make it look overnight, but it's not!)
Each day will start with some light yoga and breathwork to get everyone out of their heads and into their bodies so we can truly FEEL what's not in alignment and may need to be quit. Then Dr. Morski will discuss each aspect of the strategic quitting process, with group work and individual time for reflection built in so that by the end of the workshop, you should know:
1. If there's something you need to quit (job/relationship/mindset/limiting belief/friends/diets)
2. What exactly needs to go
3. How to overcome your quitting-related fears
4. How to prepare your health, relationships and finances for a quit
5. How to enact your quit in the optimal way
The workshops run from 10-5 each day, with an hour break for lunch.
Swag bags provided by awesome local vendors, and you also walk away with a copy of Dr. Morski's book, Quitting by Design!
