Come and join the Sewing Lair for a social evening of exploration into the weird and wacky world of costumes and cosplay!
If you've ever wanted to make a mace out of styrofoam, recreate an anime waifu on a budget, or just want to sit down with some (self-proclaimed) nerds and argue over fandoms, then this is for you!
This is a collaborative and social event, where we work on personal projects and draw on the varied skills and knowledge that our cosplayers and self taught crafters have built.

Our communal skills include:
- Beginner to intermediate sewing
- Pattern making
- 3D printing
- Foam smithing
- Designing costumes
- Art finishing and detailing
