Are children allowed to attend this class?

Accepted Answer

Yes! We are excited for any little aspiring makers to join us in the DIY classes, but we do ask that if your little is under 13 they are accompanied by an adult. Please know that some of our classes use sharp, hot, or otherwise hazardous tools for children’s use.

What is your refund policy?

For a full refund to your original payment method, please reach out to us via Eventbrite  3 days in advance of the class.

How can I get a refund or transfer if the class is cancelled?

If an event is postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled, you will receive an email from our team via Eventbrite reviewing class transfer and refund options.

Is the location wheelchair accessible?

Accepted Answer

Our Union Market location is wheelchair accessible for the class area. Our Georgetown location has a class area on the second floor that requires going up flights of stairs, so it is not as easily accessible.

Can I use a Shop Made gift card to register for the class?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Our Shop Made gift cards can be used for classes, you will just need to contact the location directly to have the card processed in our system and we can manually enter you into the Eventbrite backend.

Do I need to bring anything to the event?

Accepted Answer

Nope! Teachers and Shop Made provide all class materials unless otherwise stated in the class description.
