Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Registration is transferrable upon notice/updated registrant information to meeting organizer.
Please send transfer requests by email to: info@virtual-vines.com at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session.

What is the refund policy?

There is no refund policy, however, registrations can be transferred to an alternate date. Requests must be made within 24 hours of scheduled event via email: info@virtual-vines.com.
Failure to notify within 24 hours will result in forfieture of ticket purchase.
