Data shows that people who have recently moved to the MSP region are among our biggest retention risks as they face challenges with onboarding and connecting in professional and community spaces. However, newcomers are also our biggest opportunity to retain top talent. As employers and community leaders seek to retain talent in an ever-tightening labor market, better welcoming and onboarding newcomers will be an essential part of the solution.

Join partners in the MSP Hello project of Make It. MSP., including talent leaders at many of the region's leading employers, professionals from leading community groups, and a diverse group of partners as we come together to explore how we can better welcome, onboard and connect our region's newest residents.

This interactive workshop is designed to help you take away new insights, connections, and solutions while inviting you to contribute to collective efforts. Stay tuned during March for speaker announcements and more program details.
