What are the COVID protocols at UCDC?

Accepted Answer

All visitors are required to complete a screening questionnaire (https://ucop.co1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_byd1CdbpSkFArYy).  This can be done before arriving at the building or when you arrive. The questionnaire will inform you of UCDC COVID policies, which include a requirement to test.

Do I have to take an antigen test to attend the MDC Summit?

Accepted Answer

Yes, UCDC requires all attendees have a negative COVID antigen test within the previous 24 hours. You can conduct your antigen COVID test at home or onsite. If require a testing kit, UCDC will supply them. If you plan to test onsite, please arrive 30min early.

What will happen when I arrive at UCDC?

Accepted Answer

There will be a MDC Summit table at the main entrance of UCDC. When you check-in, we will ask if you have completed the questionnaire and tested negative. If you require to test onsite, we will supply a testing kit. To expedite the process, please make sure they have completed the UCDC Screening.

Question 4

What should I expect inside the UCDC facility?

Accepted Answer

MDC Summit will take place on the ground floor of the UCDC building. UCDC has a high-filtration HVAC system and also has deplored portable HEPA filters in event spaces. MDC Summit organizers are recommending that all attendees wear a mask while in the main conference room, when not presenting.
