Make a Bowl from a single board

Age 14-17 year old require parent or guardian to be present during the class.

This day will occur on Wednesday Aug 21 & Thursday Aug 22 from 1pm - 6pm each day.

In this class, you will take a single board which has been glued up to be at least 10" wide, cut several circles out of the board, glue and stack them. On day 2, you will turn these bowls round on the lathe. ***This is a 2 Day Class*** The right sequence of steps in the build process will help ensure that your project is completed with minimal rework and "design opportunities". We will teach you the techniques needed, the proper steps, including assembly, glue up, sanding and final finishing.
