Come join us on your Empowerment & Wellness journey for our Dance Fitness AND Meditation Class! We strive to motivate & support women with their overall well-being partly through physical and mental exercise.

Agenda:

  • 60-minute Cardio Dance Fitness Class with a twist of Hip Hop, Pop, Reggae, Soca, Old & New School Music.
  • 15-minute Guided Meditation

Notes:

  • Bring water or water bottle (Water Fountain available on location).
  • A towel is recommended for sweat.
  • Sneakers are required for the Dance Fitness portion. This is for your safety.
  • You are encouraged to bring a Yoga Mat for meditation session.
  • The class is beginner-friendly.
