🌿 Beginner Mahjong Lessons (Back Room)

New to Mahjong? We’ve got you covered.

Join us in the back of the parlor for guided beginner lessons, where you’ll learn the basics in a fun, low-pressure setting. No experience is needed—just come ready to learn and enjoy.

Perfect for:

    •    First-time players

    •    Anyone who wants a refresher

    •    Guests looking for a relaxed, instructional experience

🎉 Social Tournament Play (Front Room)

For those who already know how to play, join our non-competitive, social tournament in the front of the parlor.

This is all about fun—not high-stakes competition. You can:

    •    Register with a partner or group

    •    Sign up solo and be thoughtfully paired with players of similar experience

Perfect for:

    •    Experienced players

    •    Casual players who want a fun, social game

    •    Anyone who loves Mahjong and meeting new people

For Tournament Play

    •    After purchasing your ticket you will be prompted to select your type of play- beginner or tournament play.

    •    If you select tournament play you will either select that you have a partner(s) and list their name(s) or select that you do not have a partner.

    •   If you do not have a partner, you will be thoughtfully paired with another guest.

    •    Table purchases will automatically be together.

    •    Space is limited—advance ticket purchase recommended

    •    Dress code: Chic daytime / elevated casual

    •    Hosted by Phoenix Mahjong Club, generously donating 100% of proceeds
