Get ready to unlock a full evening of magical entertainment for your enjoyment. Our unique venue provides you the opportunity to see multiple types of magic in a single evening. You'll be dazzled by our ambient, strolling magicians while you enjoy a refreshing beverage. Entering our 150-seat theater, you'll see even more magicians dazzle you with mind-bending illusions on our grand 54-foot stage. And to finish out your enchanting evening, our intimate Court Room space hosts a formal close up show -- a unique format rarely seen outside the Magic Castle in Hollywood.

Looking to get the most out of your magical evening? We offer a limited number of VIP Experiences for each show. You'll start off your VIP Experience with a welcome glass of champagne (or non-alcoholic alternative) and enjoy our strolling magic with other guests. When it's time to head into the theater, we've reserved the best seats for our VIP's Experience. And for our unique formal close-up show, you'll once again have reserved seats waiting for you. Simply put, this is the best way to experience a magical evening out in Downtown Santa Monica.

Where can I park near Illusion Magic Lounge?

There is plenty of cost-effective parking right near our theater! Santa Monica Structure #5 is located on 4th Street — just south of us between Santa Monica Blvd. and Broadway. Structure #3 is a half block north on 4th Street between Santa Monica Blvd. and Arizona.

What is the refund policy?

All ticket sales are final with no refunds or cancellations once tickets are purchased. We understand that emergencies arise, including exposure to COVID-19. In these circumstances, we may allow you to transfer your tickets to a future performance. This is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Are your evening shows all ages?

Our shows are similar to any evening theatrical production -- audiences of all ages can enjoy. We don't feature objectionable content and don't have an age limit. If you are looking for a show specifically for younger audience members, check out our Family Magic Matinees on the weekends.

What time should I arrive?

We recommend arriving between 6:30-7:00 to experience the strolling magician and check in for the show.

The Theatre at Illusion Magic Lounge is a 150 seat variety theatre — home to a new main stage show each weekend. Each weekend we host new award-winning magicians from around the world. Our performers have appeared in television, on film, and on-stage around the Globe. Come see performers from Penn & Teller: Fool Us, Masters of Illusion, America’s Got Talent, the World-Famous Magic Castle in Hollywood and more! The Wine Bar at Illusion Magic Lounge is home to our list of over 35 hand-selected wine labels for your enjoyment. Whether you’re looking for a rosé on a warm summer night, a bottle of bubbles for a special occasion, or something you’ve never tried before, we have you covered. And keep an eye out for our special magician bartenders, who pour your drink and then blow your mind with their sleight of hand skills.
