Currently accepting applications for all types of small retail businesses including prepackaged snacks, serving and produce booths.
Due to non-compete clauses with permanent tenants, the following products are not allowed:
Anime type toys - Cell Phone accessories/Repairs - Collectible items like cards (Sports/Pokemon), Funko Pops, Hot Wheel cars, memorabilia, and other various items - Crystal towers/figurinesLocally made jewelry with shells/jade - Plush toys/Stuffed animal toys (like Squishmallow products)
