Lindsey's Craft Studio is open and ready to welcome you! Step inside our gorgeous classroom space, and learn the basics of working with your sewing machine. Please bring your own machine with you to class.Please bring one clothing item that you are seeking advice or assistance with and I will do my best to work it into our curriculum. Your question may help or inspire others during class! Great examples include: something that ripped along a seam that you have been putting off finding the time to mend, something you thrifted that's a teeny bit too big, something that needs to be hemmed, etc... think small fixes, but maybe you don't know where to begin.This event is for those 21+ and is intended for adults. Included with your ticket:<ul><li>Supplies and instruction to learn the basics of your sewing machine, how to thread your machine and bobbin, what the different settings mean, how to work with the most basic presser foot, and some simple stitches for getting started.</li><li>Information on how to use these techniques to shorten sleeves or pant legs, close rips in a seam, slightly shrink the size of a garment, and perhaps a few more if time allows.</li><li>Lots of laughs, smiles, and creative encouragement, in a setting that's perfect for date night, friends' night out, girls night, and plenty of selfies!</li></ul>Please feel free to bring snacks and beverages with you to the studio, to enjoy while you create!
