Founded in 2011 by Artistic Director, David DaCosta, Thoroughly Modern Productions has quickly become a leader in the storytelling experience. We are inspired by our core values of artistic education, performance innovation, audience engagement, and community involvement. We seek to equip and empower artists and audiences alike.TMP has been the creative force behind 25+ productions here in Central Oregon including:Newsies!, Mamma Mia, Mary Poppins, Cats, Rock of Ages, West Side Story and Evita.  We invite you to join us as a story teller, story hearer, and story sponsor as we elevate the arts and foster dynamic relationships in Central Oregon.

<p>Just in time for the Halloween season, TMP’s  Shakespeare program returns with arguably Shakespeare’s best and most terrifying tragedy, MACBETH.  A tale of malice, matrimony and murder, MACBETH tells the story of one couple’s obsession with power—and their guilt after doing the unthinkable.  For 5 performances  only, this thrilling new production will capture the passion and ferocity of Shakespeare’s most haunting text like never before.  The “Sisters” lead the doomed King down a path of deceit, death, and destruction, with the help of his wife, Lady Macbeth.  All is not what it seems, or intended to be, as this production takes us back to medieval Scotland where war, trechory and murder rule the day.</p>
