The University of Nottingham will be hosting the first conference of the M5 Universities to showcase the research excellence and expertise of the M5 within the field of Biomedical Imaging.
This event is exclusivly for PhD students, Early Career Researchers, Academics and Technical Staff from the M5 Universities (Aston, Birmingham, Leicester, Loughborough, Nottingham and Warwick).
The event will focus on four areas of Biomedical Imaging:
- Flow Cytometry
- Magnetic Resonance Imaging and associated techniques
- Electron Microscopy
- Super Resolution and Fluorescence Microscopy
These sessions will be of relevance to expert users and researchers who would like to learn more about these techniques and how they could be relevant to their research.

Abstracts
Abstracts are invited from all attendees for talks and posters.
Abstracts from PhD students and Early Career Researchers are particularly encouraged.

Please email your abstract (200 word limit) to info@m5universities.ac.uk, stating which of the four areas listed above your abstract is relevant to.

This event is being held at the School of Veterinary Medicine and Science, Sutton Bonington Campus, University of Nottingham, LE12 5RD.

Cost
This is a free event, generously supported by the M5 members. All attendees must register for the event. It is hoped that the majority of attendees will be able to present their research as either a poster or a talk.
