LYT Yoga (Lara’s Yoga Techniques) is a blend of: development moves, functional anatomy, biomechanics, and creative movement sequences.

The LYT Blueprint Workshop is a deep dive into the foundational principles that make the body move better, feel stronger, and stay resilient for life.

In this workshop, you’ll learn the blueprint your body was designed to follow: the natural alignment, muscle balance, and movement patterns that support efficient, pain-free movement. The LYT Blueprint Workshop will create a strong foundation through a blend of development moves, functional anatomy, biomechanics, and creative movement sequences.
