Five Course Dinner prepared by award-winning Chef Jean Marc Tachet and Chef Mike Ledesma to benefit RPS Technical Center Culinary Program.

Join award winning Jean Marc Tachet and RVA&#x27;s very own, Chef Mike Ledesma of Perch for a French-Filipino inspired five course dinner, Monday, March 9, 2020, courses will include Paul Bocuse&#x27;s Black Truffle soup, as well as a Pork Adobo, which culinary students of RPS culinary program will help to prepare.Building a Better RPS is bringing RVA an AMAZING culinary event and all of the ticket sales go to support RPS Technical Center Culinary Program!! Award winning chef, Jean Marc Tachet will be here in RVA! Tachet worked throughout France with renowned chefs: Renard Roucou, Gerard Cortembert and Paul Bocuse. In 1993 at the age of 25, Tachet became Meilleur Ouvrier de France (a culinary award that&#x27;s only every 4 years in France) became the youngest recipient in the history of the competition. Chef Mike Ledesma, who aside from opening one of the most amazing restaurants in RVA, Perch, has graciously donated space, staff, and his time to make this culinary event possible! Culinary students of RPS Culinary Program will work with Chef Jean Marc and Chef Mike to prepare one of the five courses. Additionally six students will work with Perch&#x27;s Event Manager Sam Cheng to train for front of the house experience, and will be a part of the staff for the March 9th event.Lyon meets Luzon Dinner - consists of a 5 course French-Filipino inspired menu. The event consists of 100 seats at $100 per ticket; gratuity is included in the price of admission. There are three seatings: 5pm, 7pm, and 9pm. Please note for parties of 5 or more we&#x27;ll do our best to seat the party together.
