What do I need to bring?

We will have yoga mats and blankets available, but we encourage you to bring your own mats, blankets, pillows, eye masks, or other items of comfort to make yourself as comfortable as possible.

What do I need to wear?

You can wear whatever you like; however, we suggest you wear very comfortable clothing to enhance your experience.

What will I experience?

You will relax. Beyond that, we don't like to tell our guests what they SHOULD feel. Your experience is your own and each experience may be different. Come in with an open mind, an open heart, and enjoy the trip!

What if I'm unable to lie down? What if I need to change positions?

Accepted Answer

Although most participants choose to lie on the floor for the deepest experience, you can choose to sit in a chair. Once the sound bath begins, feel free to move and change position as needed.

Can I bring my children?

Sound Immersion Meditation Experiences are open to ages 13+. Ask about our Mindfulness, Meditation, and Sound Camps for younger children.

What if I fall asleep? What if I snore?

You may fall asleep. You may even snore. It happens. We'll give you a gentle nudge if needed.

What is a Sound Immersion Meditation Experience?

It is a deeply meditative experience in which guests are immersed in the vibration of sound. For many, immersion creates profound relaxation, deeper sensation, and often unexpected reactions.

What happens if I'm late?

Please arrive by 6:15 to check in and get cozy. We begin with gentle Qi Gong movement at 6:30 and will allow any late parties to enter during this time. To prevent any disruptions, we will lock the doors at 6:45. To ensure that our guests have the best experience, we cannot allow entry after 6:45
