Join Lyfe 101, our starter course designed specifically for teen girls aged 14 to 18 who are interested in becoming Lyfe SELS members. Our six-session program offers valuable sex education topics including relationships, female anatomy, consent, and how sex works, as well as two life skills sessions covering topics such as financial literacy, self-care, and cooking. Our program is perfect for those who are seeking to make positive changes and empower themselves for a brighter future.

After becoming an official Lyfe Member, participants can attend more advanced sessions and continue to expand on their knowledge.
