League of Women Voters (LWV) is a nonpartisan organization of people who focus on voting rights, voter education, and promoting participation in government decisions.
Join us for coffee or tea and bagels as we overview our history, principles, methods, and what we will be focusing on in 2019-2020 in central and eastern Contra Costa County. (Hint: it involves young people and growing communities.)
Hear also about our state and national priorities, such as fighting gerrymandering, reducing barriers to voting, and increasing funding for local communities.
