In this engaging hands on class, students will learn how to make the quintessentail summer time dessert; Lemon Meringue Pie and the classic Lemon Bar. 2 treats sure to make your summer picnic or back yard BBQ special. Tart, tangy with the right amount of sweet, these are a crowd pleaser.

Students will take home a recipe packet with tips and tricks as well as anything not eaten in class. This class is suitable for people 12 and older. Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes.
