Start 2021 off in a way that prioritizes creative success (along with balancing all other areas in your life)— Join Seed&Spark and The Light Leaks for our goal setting workshop. We'll provide you with the tools to create realistic goals and a plan to achieve them, by checking in with yourself on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. (No more vague New Year's Eve brainstorming or writing resolutions in a journal you're sure to forget.) Hosted by The Light Leaks Founder, Kim Hoyos, Seed&Spark's Head of Creator Success, Meghan Ross and Seed&Spark's Film Community Manager, Bri Castellini. We're providing all attendees with a digital goal setting workbook with multiple methods of setting and sticking to goals so you can choose which option best suits your style! You're invited to download and print the workbook ahead of time, input your answers digitally, or just bring paper and pen (or whatever you need) if you'd like to participate in setting goals during the workshop. The workbook will be sent out 2 days before the event to all who RSVP on Eventbrite so you'll have the chance to print it ahead of the event if you want to.-Kim Hoyos is a queer Latinx content creator passionate about representation in media through film and television. She's the founder of the Light Leaks, a community for the support, education, and empowerment of female and nonbinary filmmakers. Her past work experiences include an assortment of content production and strategy work with MTV, NBC’s The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon and Late Night with Seth Meyers, Adolescent Content, Rachel Antonoff, GirlGaze, Greenpoint Pictures and more. Kim is also a freelance digital writer with bylines at MTV News, the Mujerista, HelloGiggles, BUST, Refinery29, BITCH, and more. By creating a space for these creators to celebrate their work, connect with others, learn new skills, and find support on their creative journeys, The Light Leaks contributes to a generation of media change makers who will continue to shift the tide in Hollywood.
