I'm a Certified Health Coach with the Dr. Sears Wellness Institute and lover of fruits and vegetables.I strive to live a joyful life and for me that includes paying special attention to my health: physically, emotionally and spiritually.I teach workshops and classes geared towards families with young children and pregnant and breastfeeding mamas. I help clients navigate the meal planning labyrinth, one on one, shining a light into a person's wellness journey. Every other month I lead a 10-day clean eating program. Past workshops have included:  The Pantry Makeover, Healthy Hydration for the family, The Whole-Food Smoothie, Basic Nutrition for families, Navigating Picky Eaters and more.
