About this event

Believe it or not, it has been since 2020 since ETS has held a fitness event!

For certain you are off to a great start with you health and fitness goals for 2024. This event only intends to support your continued efforts, not replace.

Maximize your wins on this day by integrating this flow at midday before you are burned out and exhausted by the end of the day.

As usual, we will put together the longer held poses (asanas), breath work (pranayama), and test our balance, strength and stretch! It is your lunch time, after all. Various musical vibes will also be provided. [no chanting or similar practices. Just vibe your way.] Bring your water or other hydration and or snack. If you must have a snack while you flow, then by all means have at it! It is your lunch time, after all. Let's make sure we leave the gym clean and also not overly disrupt your flow. Bring your matt be congizant that it is a gym floor. If you need two matts or extra cushion, be sure to have that too! Bring a spare towel to wipe the sweat but we won't be too intense for this event. Let's embrace all fitness levels. Tell a friend and bring a friend!
