Our Lunch & Learns and Workshops are great for companies who would like to introduce staff members to a new area of tech, those wanting to get some extra education in, new computer science students or those looking to transition their careers to tech.

ABOUT EVENT 💻Join us for a session from serial hackathon winner, Damian Montero, to learn just what a hackathon is, a little about this year's theme, and some basic tips and tricks he's learned over the years that have helped him win hackathons. Totally worth the hour!ABOUT INSTRUCTOR 💻<a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/damianmontero/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Damian Montero</a> is a senior software architect, Instructor at Boca Code, and mentor at SRT Labs. As a five-time hackathon winner, he is also the author of the book "How To Win a Hackathon." Damian has been a coach for the past 7 hackathons with Tech Hub and the current Chair of the Coaches Committee. ABOUT UPCOMING HACKATHON 💻The Tech Hub <a href="https://www.eventbrite.com/e/hack-my-city-tech-hub-hackathon-tickets-404429598817">"Hack My City" Hackathon</a> will be held October 7 - 9 at the Florida Atlantic University Boca Raton campus. The Tech Hub Hackathon is a weekend event where participants form teams, vet ideas, create a project, and then present their work to an expert panel of judges. Winners walk away with a combination of cash and in-kind prizes!
