Lean Robotics with Mitchell Conn
Join us for a lunch and learn on lean robotics with Mitchell Conn. Lean Robotics is a set of principles developed by Robotiq CEO Samuel Bouchard. In his book, Sam and his team lay out an efficient and cost effective method to deploy robots in factories with the goal of achieving a quick Return on Investment to the manufacturer. Modern robotic cells  are often too costly and difficult to convert most manual manufacturing processes.
This seminar will explore how the Principals in Lean Robotics can provide manufacturers with the tools needed to significantly reduce the cost and complexity of robotic cell deployment. The seminar will provide an overview of the fundamental aspects of Lean Robotics and provide an explanation of the methodology used to simplify the deployment of robots in factories.
