About the Speaker:

Bob Adams founded Matson Madrid Consulting, a firm focused on helping your organization find a winning team. Bob previously held leadership positions at global technology and consulting firms and a fast-growing technology startup. His experience includes 25+ years of people manager experience and 30+ years in technology. At Capgemini America (senior director), he established a professional people manager community and ran the North America Campus Hire Program Manager for over 700 new hires. While at TCube Solutions (assistant vice president), Bob was the resource/practice manager, establishing internship and new hire programs and serving as the operational counterpart to HR functions. Bob led global teams of 200+ technology and business professionals at CSC (director). He is a graduate of Clemson University with a BS in Financial Management, and he holds professional designations including CPCU and PSM 1.
