This free one hour Lunch and Learn with AoEC faculty John Gray will introduce some of the key principles of existentialism and describe the techniques and typical coaching topics suitable for an existential approach within coaching. There will be a live demonstration of coaching, to highlight existential coaching in practice. And there will be time for reflection in small groups and in plenary on how you could apply this approach in your coaching.
John Gray is a member of the AoEC's core faculty team, teaching on the Practitioner Diploma, Professional Practitioner Diploma and our Climate Coaching Certificate. He has some eighteen years' experience as a leadership coach; he is also a supervisor and a mentor coach. He is currently writing on the future of the coaching industry within the polycrisis.
