During this session we will explore:
- Several team effectiveness models to obtain better team results
- Review what makes a team perform well together
- Team Effectiveness focuses on team excellence or the desired outcomes of teamwork.
- Two critical functions of team effectiveness are performance (task accomplishment) and development (team maintenance).
- Learn the building trust framework
- Develop an action plan to engage in more trust-building behaviors
- Learn a three-step process for rebuilding trust.
- Plan and practice two trust-building conversations
