Welcome! At this Estate Planning Essentials seminar, you will learn about the benefits of creating a successful Estate Plan and what can happen if you don't. We will discuss topics such as Taxes, Asset Protection, Trusts, Wills, and Probate. Learn how you can protect what you own and ensure that your loved ones are taken care of now and in the future. The presentation itself will last a little over 1 hour, followed by a Q&A session, where you will have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have. We will be serving lunch, so come a little early to grab your seat and get started on the food! Doors open at 11:45 a.m. Partners/Spouses are encouraged to attend together.

Will I be charged for the lunch or the attorney host's time?

No. This seminar is completely free of charge, and attending a seminar may entitle you to a free attorney consultation as well.

Do you have additional information about Wills, Trusts, and Probate beyond what's in the seminar?

Yes. We have attorney consultations available and a newsletter, which all attendees will be given a free subscription to (cancellable at any time.)

Can I bring someone with me?

Yes, but please reserve a seat for them, because seating is limited. If there are no seats left, please call our office. We might be able to squeeze you in, depending on the venue. (865) 233-3353

How much does the law firm charge for a Will or a Trust plan?

It depends on the client's needs, goals, concerns, assets, and family situation. However, a range of fees will be shared at the seminar so attendees can determine if this type of estate planning work is within their budgets.

Does the law firm do estate planning work on an hourly basis or a fixed fee basis?

Most estate planning work is done on a fixed fee basis and most probate work is done on a hybrid fixed fee/hourly basis. It depends on the case.
