‘Lunar Somatics’ Gemini New Moon Circle

Each time Earth's moon reappears to its inhabitants, earthlings are uniquely positioned for somatic replenishment. The first visible sliver of moonlight bolsters our access to cyclical cosmic strength, and supports our bodies as we navigate our internal tides. Let's gather each New Moon to generate mindful embodiment and mutual support, and set or renew intentions for our somatic journeys.

Participants will be invited into the wisdom of their own unique explorations, and deeply encouraged to honor their body's requests above anything the facilitator offers. In this space, you are the only expert on your experience. The only non-optional practices are mindful presence, and kindness to self and others.

Our facilitator is a trained and experienced teacher of neuro-informed, trauma-sensitive embodiment practices including yoga asana, breathwork, and meditation. She is also an agnostic witch, whose offerings are grounded in the elements, and informed by lunar cycles and tarot pulls.

Because video meeting is a challenging medium by which to connect wholly and authentically, we ask that participants make the effort to be as present as possible in the digital space. Ideally, this means our cameras are on during group discussion, and that we are not dividing our attention with simultaneous activities. To help create brave spaces for the vulnerability of embodiment work, our digital gatherings are never recorded.
