Beyond Blindness is excited to announce that we will be hosting educational activities in light of the Lunar New Year Themed Parent & Me Workshop.
Station 1: Chinese Hand-Held Fan
Come join us in this station to craft and learn the significance of a Chinese Hand-Held Fan!
Station 2: Fire Breathing Dragon
Join us in this station to learn the symbolic meanings of a Dragon while crafting your very own fire breathing dragon!
Station 3: Chopsticks Experience
Immerse yourself in the cultural and learn how to use different utensils in this station!
Station 4: Lunar New Year Safari
2024 is the year of the dragon, we will be featuring a petting zoo that includes different types of reptiles! Come meet our reptile friends!
During each rotation, the parent/guardian or adult will work with the child in creating the project for that rotation. If your child does not require any assistance, we ask that parents remain on site, and are welcome to enjoy any food/beverage during the duration of the workshop.
