About this event

  • 1 day 21 hours

Luna Women's Retreat, is a rustic, relaxing and non-jugmental environment in which attendees can come as they are. Nestled on the Key Peninsula in Washington State and spending most of the retreat outdoors, allows participants to escape their busy life, and fully immerse themselves within the nature of the land and water.

There will be time to connect with other women as we gather together in sisterhood in an environment that promotes building new friendships or strengthening the one(s) already present.

A variety of optional actvities provide opportunities for attendees to truly unplug, enjoy their time, learn new skills, have fun and reflect.

Mindfulness and meditation sessions help participants to ground themselves, reduce stress, calm their minds and enhance overall well-being.

Luna Women's Retreat makes it easy for participants to relax by providing all meals and non- alcoholic beverages. Vegetarian options are available.

Parallel to her own healing journey, she has been offering somatic based energy healing for the past decade that draws on her ancestral medicine and the archetypes of the feminine. Her work services span 1:1 shadow work, psychedelic integration, transformative meditations and sacred group ceremonies. She is known for helping people feel safe, encouraged and empowered as they explore the depth of what is possible on the inner journeys.

Frequently asked questions

What are the cabins like?

Cabins are rustic, camp-style cabins. Three come with a 1/2 bath and five have no bathroom. There is a shared bathroom nearby. All cabins come equipped with heat, electricity and beds. The beds do not have any bedding; therefore, you will need to bring a pillow, sleeping bag or sheets and blanket.

How many people per cabin?

The cabins with the 1/2 bath sleep 3 and the cabins without a bathroom sleep 2.

Do you have vegan options?

We do our best to meet all dietary needs, but we cannot guarantee that all items are completely vegan such as the bread. We will have vegetarian options available, vegan cheese for the lunch spread and gluten free bread. We will also have an egg substitute for the breakfast.

Do I have to participate in all the activities?

At Luna Women's Retreat, we want all participants to feel comfortable and enjoy their time. Thus, all activities are optional. You do you!

Is there a shower?

Yes, the shared bathroom has a shower.

What should I bring?

We will be primarily outdoors, so plan to bring camping attire and items such as a sleeping bag, pillow, towel, warm clothing for the evening, bug spray, walking shoes, swimsuit if you wish to swim and a lite raincoat. In August, the Key Peninsula is usually dry but occasionally it rains.
