The City of Mountain View along with its partner Alta Housing are delighted to invite you to tour the City’s newest 100% affordable housing development Luna Vista. This is an opportunity to learn how Luna Vista was designed and developed, how it is operated, and the services that are provided to support the residents.
Luna Vista is an affordable housing community composed of 70 studio homes serving residents earning between 30% and 70% of area median income (1 person household: $37,470-$87,430 income limits) with 15 units set aside for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities supported by on-site and Housing Choices Caseworker services. The project amenities include a community room, rooftop deck, library with access to computers, package room for deliveries, and bike storage.
Luna Vista is a recipient of the Structures Award from the Silicon Valley Business Journal in August 2022. This recognition is based on the development’s excellence in design, functionality, and sustainability.
