Luna Sisters Moon Ceremony Full Moon in Sagittarius
Join us for a positive and heart warming evening under the wonderful full moon in Sagittarius! The Luna Sisters invite you to a beautiful moon ceremony at Rockshaw Road, Merstham, Redhill, UK. This in-person event is a unique opportunity to connect with the lunar energy and consciously release and let go to activate transformation.
Schedule:
18:45 Arrivals and settling in
19:00 Introduction, tea, getting to know each other, and an explanation on what to expect from the evening
19:05 Yoga, a gentle yoga practise suitable for all levels to warm, stretch and open your chakras
19:20 Sound bowl guided meditation and breathwork
19:45 Intentions, release, and gratitude exercise
20:00 Oracle card readings
20:20 Chanting and close
Important Info:
Please arrive no later than 18:45 as the session will start promptly at 19:00. Unfortunatley we cannot allow late comers as this will disrupt the flow.
What to bring:
- Yoga mat
- Journal / note book and pen
- Pillow / cushion to make yourself as comfortable as possible
- Blanket
- Warm layers
- Water to stay hydrated
- Eye mask (optional)
Not recommended for those in their first trimester. If you are in your second or third trimester we recommend you speak to your doctor before attending and position yourself at the back of the room.
May not be suitable for those with epilepsy, pace makers, ear problems, heart conditions or severe mental health issues.
