Free Community Luna Celebration Yoga

Come Celebrate Under the full moon with us! We will do yoga, breath work, sound healing and a labyrinth walking meditation.

Opening

Get checked in, and meet the other participants.

Introductions & Grounding

Introduce the facilitators and answer any questions. Do some grounding exercises to set the intentions for the evening.

7:20 PM - 7:40 PM

Yoga

7:40 PM - 8:00 PM

Breath Work

8:00 PM - 8:30 PM

Labyrinth Mediation Walk

We will learn about the labyrinth and then start the meditational walk with singing bowls playing by multiple sound healers.

8:30 PM - 9:00 PM

Closing Circle

We will share our thoughts and insight with each other.

About this event

Come Join us for a 3 month series at City Plaza, 1250 Lake Plaza Dr, Spring, TX 77389 for a Free Community event dedicated to rejuvination and rejoice under the glow of the moon. We will have facilitators to conduct yoga, breath exercises, and a meditational walk. This event is a perfect opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals.

Please note, for the 3rd event in the series, International Yoga Day, it will have a different agenda.
