The first event in our annual summer sweat series is on June 29th, 2024 from 8:30 -9:30 am and takes place at lululemon @ 3201 Knox Street,Dallas, Texas 75205.
Certified trainer and Foster Fit Vice President, Katie Cook, will take you through a high-energy and inclusive partner workout for any fitness level (ages 7+).
Through this event we want to empower everyone to reach their potential through movement, fun, connection, and a great partner workout! Along with the fun sweat session there will be swag, professional photography, raffles from our sponsors and more!
This workout is designed with partners in mind (think adult and youth). It doesn't have to be a parent or foster parent. We are excited to welcome mentors, CASA, and other approved adults as well.
