Hey, we're really happy to have you.  Luft is here.
Due to City and venue regulations, Luftgekühlt 5 is now sold out.  We apologize for the inconvenience and are humbled and blown away by your passion. We will work harder to come up with ways to welcome more owners to bring their dog to the dog park in future shows.
So where do I park if I have a General Admission ticket? 
 We strongly encourage you to carpool or use ride-sharing services like Uber or Lyft to access Luft 5. There is a designated ride-sharing drop-off point just outside Ganahl's main gate. Or, load up your SUV with your buddies and park in the beautiful, paved, secured and contained lot located at <A HREF="https://goo.gl/maps/vMZ1czJ4gLk" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">2200 W. Toyota Way, Torrance CA.</A> It has a coffee cart and air-conditioned shuttles with smiling drivers (you're welcome!) who will drive you the five minutes / one mile to the main entry gate. Think of it like an airport rental car bus, only closer. 
There is no pedestrian access to the facility. The entire area is an industrial area devoid of sidewalks and the Torrance PD will be there enforcing that.  There is security at the off-site lot, so don't double-park or you'll be towed. And please enter and exit with respect shown for the neighborhoods.  Again, we are trying to keep these shows in interesting markets and you hold equity in this. 
For ticketed Air-Cooled Porsche Parking:
As noted on the ticket you purchased, there is no general admission parking on-site for Luft 5. For 7am and 8am Air-Cooled Parking holders, please have your ticket printed and ready to go at the gate. Unless you have a 7am or 8am Air-Cooled Parking ticket you will be turned around by the Torrance Police Department and directed to our off-site lot. We want to keep holding this show in urban places and interesting surroundings, so please do your part and follow our directions.

Are there minimum age requirements to enter the event?
Everybody is welcome! Kids under 12 are free. 
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
If you have an air-cooled Porsche you'd like to bring to Luft 5, please purchase a air-cooled Porsche Registration & Parking ticket. If you are attending without a Porsche, we will be supplying auxilary parking information in the coming weeks; there is no General Parking on-site. We recommend you use ride-sharing services like Uber, Lyft and taxis. General Parking for General Admission ticket holders will be in a large, secure lot, with security present. 
What can I bring into the event?
Please see the Release of Liability section when purchasing your ticket for the list of prohibited items.
What's the refund policy?
No refunds! This is a rain or shine event.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
We always recommend printing your ticket, it's easier for ticket staff to see and scan.
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
No.
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
It is okay for the name on General Admission ticket not to match the entrant; however, air-cooled Registration & Parking cars MUST match the car details supplied on the ticket at the time of purchase.
