Based on Tibetan Buddhist meditative practices, we will explore how the imaginal capacity of the mind is mobilized via contemplative techniques to deepen an experiential sense of lucidity across the spectrum of sleeping, dreaming, and waking.

Michael R. Sheehy, PhD is a meditation researcher and scholar of Tibetan Buddhism. He studies how mediation works in bodies and minds, cultures and ecologies, and intersubjectively.Michael is a Research Assistant Professor and the Director of Research at the Contemplative Sciences Center at the University of Virginia.
