Welcome, Lubbock Coding Academy!
Have an interest in learning to code, but don't know where to start? This workshop is crafted for total beginners looking for an entry to the wonderful world of coding!
For this two-hour workshop, we'll help you with your first-ever coding project from start to finish. During the workshop, we'll cover basics of HTML, CSS, and how web development works in a broad sense. You will use all in-browser tools for this, so there's no need to download any programs. We do recommend using the Chrome browser.
To Prepare you will need:
Your computer
A strong internet connection
Recommended a second monitor if available
Patience and persistence!
NOTE: In order to provide a good learning environment online with individual attention, we will keep the number of participants to 10 or fewer. Since space is limited, only two tickets per registration, but feel free to share the event with friends!
