Dear Classmates,
It’s hard to believe it has been almost five years since our 55th Reunion and once again it’s time to get the illustrious Class of 1964 back together.
For those classmates who have not kept in touch since the last reunion or, maybe even, graduation, the event will give us an increasingly rare opportunity to reconnect.
Based on feedback from classmates who attended our 55th Reunion, the format and location (Hilton Garden in Troy) will remain the same:
- Friday, October 4: Reception / icebreaker with hors d'oeuvres starting at 6:30pm
- Saturday, October 5: Dinner, music (from our era) and dancing (for those of us still spry enough)beginning at 6:30pm.
One of the highlights of the overall event was the Friday night reception. Our spouses and guests really seemed to enjoy getting together for a few drinks as they caught up on what happened over the years. It’s amazing how many of the wives knew each other in the 60’s and we highly recommend that your spouse/guest be part of the Friday night activity.
To those of you who have attended prior reunions, we hope to see you again. To those who have not been able to come, we hope you make a special effort to do so this year. Our numbers are getting smaller and the opportunities to renew and maintain our old friendships and the camaraderie that made the Class of 1964 unique are increasingly few.
