About Black Knights:
In association with the RZA and Wu Music Group, The Black Knights made their debut on the famous Wu-Tang Killa Bees: The Swarm compilation. Formed in 1995 as teenagers coming from Long Beach and Compton, the Black Knights were teaming up with Wu-Tang's very own RZA in 1997. Their talent and professional associations have led to 3 national tours and key appearances on 3 Platinum and Gold Selling albums. Their album, `Every Night Is A Black Knight´, was self-funded and sold more than 10,000 units independently without distribution or promotions. This Californian group was originally associated with the group North Star (also from California) with whom they recorded as Black Knights Of The North Star. However, the groups have since separated. The group originally consisted of Crisis(The Sharp Shoota), Doc Doom, The Rugged Monk and Holocaust however Holocaust has since left the group. In 2004, the Black Knights released their debut album Every Night Is A Black Knight with limited distribution, and also reunited with North Star on North Star's debut album. In 2005, they re-released their debut with worldwide distribution. February 11, 2007, Member Doc Doom was shot and killed. The Black Knight's also appeared on RZA's "Digi Snacks" in 2008 and their song "Caught up" was in the 2007 TV anime Afro Samurai in episode 3 with slightly different beats & added violin than the original mix.
