Watermelon Mountain Ranch Animal Center is offering a low cost vaccination/microchip clinic for the general public. Appointments and prepayment of the services are required. Refunds will only be granted with 48 hours notice of cancellation.
The location is the North East portion of Cottonwood Mall Parking Lot. (Just above the Regal Cinema Parking Lot) A final confirmation email will go out the week prior to the vaccination clinic with all final details. Upon completing the reservation a link will be sent to you to input your pet(s) information.

- This is a drive up clinic at Cottonwood Mall in ABQ (Coors Bypass South of Ellison)
- Pets are to remain contained in the vehicle until vaccinations are ready to be given
- All dogs must be human friendly and must be on a leash
- Felines must be human friendly and in an appropriate carrier
- Muzzles cannot be used

Frequently asked questions
If you have reserved a 3 year rabies shot you will need to bring proof of the previous rabies vaccination. For pets under a year old, in order to give you an accurate due date for next vaccination, it is recommended to bring your previous shot records.
A licensed veterinarian will be on site along with the lead veterinary technician and trained support team members to administer the vaccinations.
The vaccination clinic is taking place at Cottonwood Mall parking on the north side of the mall just above the Regal Cinema parking lot. There will be volunteers directing you to the check in area. At check in your reservation will be confirmed and instructions given where to park.
Yes. The vaccination for your feline will take place in the air conditioned mobile unit that will be on site. In order to transport your feline from your vehicle to the unit the feline needs to be in an enclosed and ventilated carrier. This is for the safety of your feline.
Yes you can. There will be a wait as priority will be given to those who have reservations and prepayment. Wait time will depend on the flow of reservations. We recommend getting there as early as possible. The clinic opens at 7am.
You do not need to bring a hard copy, a digital copy on your phone will suffice. If both are forgotten, the last name of the person who made the reservation will be needed to confirm the appointment.
