Live DJ Vinyasa Yoga Flow

We will salute the sun and celebration international day of yoga with a grounding and all-levels appropriate vinyasa flow set to a live DJ. Yogis, please bring your own yoga mat.

Grounding Meditation

The Illumination Oracle

We will pause between yoga and dancing for a grounding meditation and for those joining for the dance portion.

The LoveMKE Summer Soulstice Celebration, an all-ages event to promote inclusion, community, and well-being, will take place in The Beer Garden, located in Deer District, on Friday, June 21, from 7:30-11:30 a.m. Curated by Kristen Wojahn and Britta Kramer founder of Private Palate, the event is focused on breath, movement, and nourishment - three pillars that support mental and physical well-being. Join us at Deer District for a morning filled with music, movement, and well-being. Get ready to move during a live DJ set by Askim, Vinyasa Yoga flow to celebrate International Day of Yoga followed by ecstatic dance, or just join for the ecstatic dance portion. Locally sourced and curated menu from Flour Girl and Flame + the Deer District, mocktails by RSRV Collective + the Deer District will be available for pre-and-post dancing. In support of mental health for all, and especially youth, a portion of all ticket sales will be donated to Milwaukee Mental Health organizations through LIGHTER candles. Join us to kick off summer in community and love.
