YogaSix Downers Grove offers energizing, music-driven yoga classes for all levels. From Sculpt and Flow to Slow Flow and Restore, our welcoming studio helps you move with purpose, build confidence, and find balance on and off the mat.

YogaSix Downers Grove

Gentle restorative class with asanas, breathwork & meditation to relax, restore, and nurture your body, mind & heart.

A 90-minute classical-inspired restorative class with Nicki. She will guide you through a meditation focused on loving your body, mind, and heart. We’ll begin with gentle movements and asanas to release tension and stress, preparing your body and mind for deep relaxation and heart opening. From there, we’ll flow into supported restorative asanas using props to fully nurture and ease your body, followed by pranayama (breathwork) and a guided meditation. By the end of the session, you’ll leave feeling completely relaxed, grounded, and wrapped in self-compassion — a true reset for body, mind, and soul.
