Note: The Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine (pcrm.org/about-us) has designed a FREE app (21 Day Vegan Kickstart) to give us all easy access (if it's on your phone, you can refer to it whenever, wherever) to great plant-based eats. These recipes can be enjoyed and shared with others who might like to add a plant based recipe to their repertoire, and have plant-focused gatherings like potlucks, social gatherings, or reunions to give others more opportunities to relish flavorful plant dishes that are good for us, for animal rights, and for the health of the planet as well. Peace is every bite.

Eat for the Earth makes it easier for people to eat more plants and less animal products to sustain all life on earth. Many people are unaware that there is a connection between our diets and climate change, species extinction, pollution of our air and waterways, deforestation, and many other serious environmental challenges. Eat for the Earth partners with institutions such as government, education, media, corporations, and nonprofits to adopt policies and practices that reduce greenhouse gas emissions associated with food production. Through changing human dietary patterns, we can make a difference.
