Love, Magic & Dinner

The Vancouver Magic Circle is Ring #92 of the International Brotherhood of Magic. Encouraging the  growth of the magical arts in Vancouver and the lower mainland, the Vancouver Magic Circle holds monthly meetings, as well as lectures, workshops, competitions and shows to help members hone their craft. All are welcome to join the club, and are invited to come as a guest to the meetings see what we are all about.

Valentine's Day is reportedly the second-busiest day for restaurants in North America, next to Mother's Day.  So instead of trying to find a restaurant to make reservation on Valentine night, come to our event the night after and be unique! 
This year this event will be held at Westwood Plateau Golf and Country Club. Not only is the food fantastic, the magic and entertainment provided is top class! Take the one you love to experience an amazing dinner and fantastic show.  Oh and if you're not in love, bring your Mother!

The evenings entertainment will be provided by members of the Vancouver Magic Circle, as well a special guest!
Our feature performer for this year's annual banquet. You have seen him on The CW Network, SYFY and CityTv just to name a few and TV shows such as Wizard Wars and Penn &amp; Teller's Fool Us; It's none other than The Wonderist, Chris Funk!  Chris combines Intuition, Influence, and Illusion with side-splitting comedy to create moments that baffle and amuse.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
This event is open for all ages.
 
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Westwood Plateau provides a private parking lot.
If you are transiting, it is easy! Head to Coquitlam Centre Station, then take the 187 (25 minutes) right to the front of Westwood Plateau Golf and Country Club!
 
What can I bring into the event?
You just need to bring yourself and your guests! No outside alcohol will be permitted. 
 
Will there be any tickets for sale at the door?
Unfortunately due to the nature of this event we will not be selling any tickets at the door. It is highly reccommended that those wishing to attend purchase their tickets prior to the cut off date of February 7th.
