LOVE IS….EXPLORING SELF LOVE 
TWO DAY WORKSHOP with Deborah Marie
February 15th and 22nd         6pm to 8pm           $80
This is a two-day workshop that explores our perception of love, the expression of love and how to promote nourishing self-love. Each session is interactive and each include loving support and awareness through visualization, meditation, energy healing and self-study. This is the perfect time to intentionally                           LOVE YOURSELF first, with your mind, body and spirit. 
Be sure to bring a journal. Also suggested: pillow or yoga mat to sit on for comfort.
